Fake Fragrances and Poor Service from Vertigo Cosmetics

This is for anyone thinking of buying a fragrance from Vertigo Cosmetics. Please don't do it. Vertigo Cosmetics sells fake fragrances, they don't communicate when there's issues, are dishonest and outright thieves. I bought a 100ml Terres D'Hermes fragrance online on their website for R1131. I removed the fragrance from the box and part of the name of the fragrance on the bottle had peeled off, the bottle cap had scratches all over it, the spray mechanism barely sprays out anything and the fragrance itself barely has a smell and smells more like the naartjie fruit than anything else. A very poor smell with no projection at all and lasts for 10 minutes. Then I sent an email complaining about the fragrance and had no response. All of a sudden on Thursday I get a call from a courier guy telling me he has come to fetch a parcel. I had to tell the poor guy to come the next day as nothing had been communicated to me regarding picking up the fragrance as I was not home. The fragrance was picked up on Friday. On Tuesday, the following week, I sent another email indicating my displeasure and the fact that there was still no communication about anything from Vertigo Cosmetics. Some idiot called Dimitri tells me that the fragrance arrived back with them and was being assessed and that an email was sent to me by UAfrica explaining that the fragrance would be picked up and when I told Dimitri that I received no such email he didn't bother to respond. Up until Friday I had no communication from Vertigo on what's happening with this fragrance. I then sent another email on Friday (as phones don't get picked up there) asking for an update on this assessment and received no response. Today I received a replacement fragrance to my surprise. I opened the box and surprise surprise the plastic covering was skewed and insecure showing that the fragrance was actually opened and manually closed up again before it was delivered. I took the fragrance out of the box and the bottle was dirty. To top things off I sprayed the fragrance on my forearm and as I am writing this the scent or rather the smell (because fragrances don't smell like this) is gone and I sprayed it on my forearm an hour ago. What's worse is that on their website Vertigo Cosmetics has a disclaimer that money won't be refunded for fragrances so basically I won't be getting my money back despite not getting what I paid for...theft at its purist definition.
