I was excited to buy products from Vertigo Cosmetics at a really good price, but when I received it (very fast delivery) one of the items were very damaged which lead me to distrust the quality of both items. I immediately reported it to them and asked to return and for them to refund me for the items. It took them 2 days and many email requests to finally get back to me. After some back and forth they accepted the damaged product back but refused to give me a refund, instead they gave me a store credit. They claim this is Policy even after I explained that I don't want the remaining item and because I don't feel comfortable to buy from them I certainly don't want a credit. Days later I am still trying to get someone to contact me back after several more emails, but have had no further response.
