Very Very Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the way my visit was handled today.

Firstly, there was no privacy during my consultation. Sensitive medical matters were discussed in a space where nurses , which made me very uncomfortable.

Secondly, I was instructed to pay an additional amount of close to R2000 to see another doctor. After already paying R3700, I was then informed that I would forfeit the initial payment if I did not proceed as instructed.

I find this deeply unfair and unprofessional. At no point was this properly explained to me beforehand. I would like a clear explanation of why I was required to pay extra and why my initial payment was forfeited.
