If your insurance company assign your car to proline , dispute it otherwise you’ll live to regret it. Tell why my insurance approved my application within the first week of February however proline has been dragging their feet even now, making promises that I am going to get my car fixed before the end of February just have to promise lies , I hate everything that has to do with proline , if my car has not been fixed before this month , I’m coming to take back my car and fix it myself ,mind you it’s a bummer, one from bulb

I want to warn other consumers about my recent experience with Kiwi.com. I booked a flight advertised on their platform and paid the full amount immediately, yet the booking remained “processing” for about 7 hours. I then received an email saying the airline, Airlink, had increased the price and that Kiwi.com could not honour the booking. They offered two options: a refund that would take up to 10 days, or a voucher to rebook through Kiwi.com. The next day I checked Airlink’s website and the exact same flight was still available, only R50 more than what I paid Kiwi.com. I booked directly with Airlink and received confirmed tickets immediately. This raises serious concerns about how Kiwi.com advertises and processes flight pricing. Consumers should not have their money taken instantly only to be told hours later that the price has changed while the same flight is still available. This practice is unfair to consumers and needs accountability.

The agent called me to tell sell a inhouse braaier and I will receive a cupcake maker worth R280 at Clicks and a Frying pan that's R590 at clicks... To date I have not received anything. Had been paying R469. 95 since October 2025 and have been trying to cancel with the consultants and they keep on deducting with no products... They keep on taking my money... Now that I called them they say 60 days... For heaven sake... Was quick to take my money now I should wait n beg for my money.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my visit was handled today. Firstly, there was no privacy during my consultation. Sensitive medical matters were discussed in a space where nurses , which made me very uncomfortable. Secondly, I was instructed to pay an additional amount of close to R2000 to see another doctor. After already paying R3700, I was then informed that I would forfeit the initial payment if I did not proceed as instructed. I find this deeply unfair and unprofessional. At no point was this properly explained to me beforehand. I would like a clear explanation of why I was required to pay extra and why my initial payment was forfeited.
