A decade of insurance.
I have been a client for more than 10 years, and I can honestly recommend Chantel and her team. Insurance is like a parachute; you trust it will work until you rip the cord and it doesn't. I have had a few incidents over the past decade, my last slip of stupidity was my fault. Using a Nothing (1), which is as scarce as it gets, slipped out of my pocket while we were shopping late at night. As I drove around the block and my vehicle told me "Bluetooth disconnected", and I realised my phone was not with me, that cold feeling of dread set in. All my cards, licenses and accounts are on that phone. Not something I can afford to lose. I turned back and was fortunate to find where my phone had fallen out of my pocket, but it was too late. I reversed over my phone. Trying to get someone to repair the screen failed until someone suggested trying Vodacom. Well they quoted over 14k in damages just for a screen replacement. I contacted Chantel about my stupid mistake and they fixed it! That level of service is what is missing with most other places. You cannot go wrong with Chantel. After moving down to Cape Town, I still use them and I cannot fault them on what they do. Keep up the great work.

A decade of insurance.

Chantel from Vesta Brokers has for the past 4 years managed my short term insurance and after 3 claims I had up to now I can say that they are excellent. No hastles and I can recommend them any day.

Vesta Brokers insurance assistance
During 2020 I switched to Vesta Brokers (Boksburg) to manage my insurance. Had 3 claims upto now and received excellent service from Chantel Becker each time. Processes went smooth and efficient. Can definitely recommend them .
