We have been customers of Vetland for the past 6 and a half years, but in the last year the service has gone down and prices have gone up. In December I spent over R5000 on a visit for my golden retriever. I forgot to ask for meds for his ears also, albeit they have been treating him for the same condition for 6 years. After we returned from December holiday I called to ask if they could just dispense the same meds for us again and I was told we have to pay for another visit. I explained to the guy on the line that my dog always gets treated for the same condition and we already paid for a visit in December (a month ago) but he would not budge eventhough we just spent R5000 and are regulars, he thougth it right to charge us for yet another visit. When I said explained the history, he made me out to be dishonest and told me " we dont lose customers - good bye ". Appalling and disappointing.
