From the very start dealing with VFV has been a nightmare. I am literally fed up with the lack of or no customer service, as I have been trying to get in contact for my payment on a claim to be made, and was told that I will receive payment in 30 days from the 28th March 2025. It is now the 05/05/2025, and I have spoken to Dipou Maphoso. She has stated that she has been on leave and only sent the forms for payment this morning, So i will have to wait 3 to 7 days. After waiting for 35 + days already and dropped the call on me. I want a manager to call me and resolve this as I will not wait 3 days for a payment that was suppose to be made long ago.
