My vehicle accident claim has been sent through to VFV attorneys for recovery excess. 6 months and still no communication from this company. Definitely the worst service I have ever received. I constantly had to call the attorneys and they would promise me feedback but it did not bother them to call me back.

From the very start dealing with VFV has been a nightmare. I am literally fed up with the lack of or no customer service, as I have been trying to get in contact for my payment on a claim to be made, and was told that I will receive payment in 30 days from the 28th March 2025. It is now the 05/05/2025, and I have spoken to Dipou Maphoso. She has stated that she has been on leave and only sent the forms for payment this morning, So i will have to wait 3 to 7 days. After waiting for 35 + days already and dropped the call on me. I want a manager to call me and resolve this as I will not wait 3 days for a payment that was suppose to be made long ago.

From the very start dealing with VFV has been a nightmare. Hi VFV I received a call from contact number 087 222 6945 @ 12:43 call lasted 26mins with one of your consultant Rebecca Ngobeni her team leader Tebogo Hlakudi. She called me to explain what happened on the day of the accident while explaining she kept on disturbing me and advised the insurance wont pay my vehicle damages in full and added that main reef road doesn't have stop signs its my fault. Requested I must get recorded camera details of the date of the scene and witnesses when I asked her who will pay for the damages on my vehicle. She couldn't let me speak and put me through to the IVR music while I was speaking, didn't even tell me and came back on the line to tell me she sent me an email and preceeded to tell me she will call her client who bumped into me I got frustrated, i refuse to be spoken too like a child and not given a chance to speak. What a disgusting experience, really horrified with the level of customer service and rudeness your company has displayed today just because im not your client. Your company should be ashamed of hiring such individuals who take claims personally and not as a collective organization. I'm applaud of the non-professionalism even when she called she spoke in an african language assuming cos of my name and surname. I'm still in disbelief, she didn't even want to me a reference number for the call stated she does deal with reference for calls going out. Irritated n frustrated Bongi 068 57 99 470

I signed up with VFV Attorneys to do a parenting plan which I needed to have done as i'm emigrating in March 2024; I'd like to point out there is no contest between myself and my daughter's father, he aggreed to all my requests/conditions prior to me signing up with VFV, so pretty much and easy case only complications being getting the wording right where the UK is concerned and their definitions of certain things. Rikus Jordaan assisted me and collected the endorsed plan in May 2023, then in September 2023 I was invoiced for additional documents which I paid for however he only sent me the documents to sign in Novmeber 2023, subsequently my case has only been uploaded for the court role November 2023. If you follow the time line essentially it took him 6 months to do one task, 6 months of my time has been wasted, my case could have been on the court role long time ago. In additiion to this why did it take him 3/4 months to identify that I needed to sign additional affidavits (May to September), and why once he identified, generated and invoiced me for the affidavits did it then take him 2/3 months to send me the documents to sign (September to November).

Good day, The incident was for 2021-10-10 with the claim number 55739006701. I contacted VFV attorneys on 24 April 2023 to follow up on the case logged, the feedback provided was not satisfactory. I spoke to a lady by the name of Thabang who transferred to Logan. The second consultant I spoke to (Logan) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was shouting at me as she couldn't give me the answers to the claim in question. When I told her I didn't appreciate her tone, she did not apologize nor acknowledge being disrespectful towards me. Instead she told me she will now close my case, when I asked her how can she close the case if it is not resolved? She told me that she will get a manager to contact me. A "manager" contacted me by the name of Grese/Grease. He provided the most appalling service ever. The information he provided was not corresponding to the consultant’s (Logan). He arrogantly told me the reason for his call was to tell me he will be closing my case. When asked why, His response was; they will not continue with litigation with the third party due to a financial status. I asked him how the process works, he informed me that they have been working on my case. I asked for the details, his response was they last attempt to contact the third party was in November 2022, however Logan said the last attempt was 11/12 December 2022. He said the process is; they do another trace after 6 months before they can action the account. When I asked him why are they now closing the case prior to the 6 months lapsing and why they are failing to follow their process? His response was; case is being closed because I called in. VFV company's job was to recoup the funds and ensure I receive the full payment as a client. They have failed to provide the service as promised I hope people see how horrible this company is, and how they treat people.

I was involved in a motor vehicle collision on 28th November 2020. The collision was due to the negligence of the third party who was renting a vehicle and was intoxicated. I lodged an insurance claim which was then handed to VFV attorneys for litigation. On 20th August 2021 I contacted VFV attorneys to follow up on the recovery as I wanted my excess fee of R8000.00. I provided them with all the information of the third party including cell number, email address and ID number. I provided my accident report, tax invoices, drivers license' of both parties and all other relevant documents. I followed up again on 2 December 2021 and I was advised that litigation was pending. On 28th December 2021 I once again requested an update and I provided VFV with the residential address of the other driver. At this point all sufficient information to proceed with the Summons had been provided by me to VFV, I was advised by VFV on 18th January 2022 that a letter of Demand was sent and the third party disputed liability. This confirms that the address was correct and the prospects of success for proper service of a summons would have been good. On June 2022 I called VFV for an update and I was advised that the recovery had been abandoned as the third party was deceased and I would have to forfeit my claim for the R8 000.00 (EIGHT THOUSAND RAND) excess fee. I am.of. the opinion that the period of one year that it took VFV to send the third party two letters and not even attempt to proceed with legal action constitutes negligence on their part. As the other driver is now deceased I am unable to proceed against him for my R8 000.00 excess fee. I am of the opinion have been negligent in their treatment of my claim
