On the 9th of March I purchased tablets at Dischem N1 city Goodwood branch. I bought a cold beverage with it and I had the receipt in my hand with the beverage and it got soiled. The tablets had to then be returned as it was incorrect. Because I had to be at work I asked my brother to return it as we do not have a receipt only proof on the bank account that we bought it and the tablets still sealed. They refused to assist us with returning the product the 13th of March and it was bought on the 9th March 2025. The staff members did not even bother to check on their system if they can retrieve the document or try and look for their copy of the receipts as it was less than a week ago so it could not have been that long. But the level of customer service received was pathetic from this branch. I am highly disgusted
I logged a fault with COCT on 5th Jan as there is a pipe that burst on our property but we could not turn the water off as the Main water supply valve is damaged on the meter. I’ve made several calls and logs but until now the city has never reached out and our water has running ever since
MiWay makes amendments and changes to your policy without your consent and when it affects you they take forever to escalate something. Their consultants don’t provide you with feedback unless you call after them. My excess fee was changed without any requests from my side
Pathetic customer service. Agents advise you that one person is dealing with my claim and no one else can help. They give you contact numbers and you come through to the same department again. It’s very frustrating when you dealing with *********** staff members who are trying their best to end the call and just get the query closed than actually wanting to help the customer.

This company’s service is the worst ever. they make you pay continual amounts to settle a small amount this all on behalf of rain for Rain to just call you afterwards and tell you sir you still owe us money. Real time ******s these people
MiWay is not sticking to their contract. They deduct your money before the deduction date and it is not small amounts. I would like to have this early deduction removed from my profile as each month is an inconvenience
The service from the city of Cape Town is the worst ever. We have reported a fault on 22nd June 2024 and today is the 1st and no one came out to assist us yet. I have to log numbers but it says it’s closed. Our drains are blocked and toilets are blocked. It’s unhealthy to live like this. Hello Peter does not even help for the city of Cape Town.
The city of Cape Town closes your requests without attending to them. We have the same problem constantly and we have to report it and the come and fix the problem without attending to the route of the problem. I logged two incidents and they just closed it. While I drains are blocked and pipes are broken
This company is completely useless and does not care about their clients. I spoke to an agent and requested a manager to call me but they did not adhere to the request and up until now no communication came from their side. They suspend your internet connection without informing you. There is no customer service from this company and they clearly just care about debiting their monthly premium. RSAWEB IS MESSED UP.
