Guys has anyone successfully gotten hold of Matrix car tracker via the call center. I have been trying to call them for 3 days, for them to give me letter that I need to submit to my car insurance company for a claim however I am just not getting thought to anyone. Even their voicemail if full and you can't ask for a call back. I urgently need assistance.. I regret moving from Tracker to Matrix, their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. If you value good customer service DO NOT ISE MATRIX!!!
I placed an order on the Leroy Merlin online platform and it states that they delivered my package in November yet they haven't delivered anything. I have been calling the call centre countless times and they also confirmed that it hasn't been delivered and keeping telling me they will call me back but of-course that doesn't happen. Even worse today their calls aren't going through.. May i please get my order or an immediate refund!!!
I had a very pleasant experience at Complete Living especially services provided by Lewisa, that lady's customer serviceis exceptional. She is such a breath of fresh air, I don't remember the last time anyone was this devoted to giving such a pleasant experience to a customer especially an online customer.. She is very understanding, helpful and gives excellent customer service. I will definitely be buying more products because of her!!! I highly recommend this business. I am highly disappointed with the service of Defy. I called defy on the 13th of March to come an replacement the rubber belt of my freezer of my fridge. I kid you not, I have been sent from pillar to post after the technician removed the belt with promises that they would come back with a new one to fit. Every week was a new excuse, " we are getting it from the warehouse in Midrand" to oh no "we are getting it from Durban" to oh no we have sourced it from overseas " Now my I can't use my freezer as we have had to seal it with selotape. For the past few weeks have been calling them and to my surprise on the last call they said that my job has been closed.. after I paid a call out fee of over R600 and no assistance I feel that I have been ****med. I have been asking for a refund, they keep telling me that they have escalated the case to a manager and I will get a call back, true to their terrible customer service no one has called. I am so appalled and disappointed because every household appliance in my house is from Defy and they choose to treat us like this.. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM DEFY. I am about to broadcast the full story all over different platforms to warn people to rather try other brands..
If I could give Zero stars i would. I just got off a call with such a rude and arrogant consultant, I'm actually in awe!!! I wanted to use my card machine and got an error message and all that he tells me is that I have to buy a new one, I'm so livid because I was an Ikhokha client and Yoco manage to convince me to move to them and I did, little did I know that they have no interest in assisting you once they have you on board as a client... I asked to speak to the manager and this consultant tells me he will call me with 24hours, I tell him to please escalate my issue and he says he will, I then ask him for a reference number, he says there isn't any?????? What kind of **** is yoco running.. I should just take your word for everything with no form of evidence whatsoever? This guy had the audacity to tell me that my machine has probably been involved in ***** and tampered with meanwhile I have literally kept this machine in a box at home since covid and it obviously wasn't in use during that period.. My business is only starting to recover now and now I have a new problem of buying a machine which I have no idea when it will die on me again and have yoco come back to me to tell me to buy a new one with no explanation given.. If you're thinking of on boarding with yoco save yourself some stress and go with Ikhoka please...

I thought i was happy with my previous insurer until i was called by Ucovered offering me what sounded like an amazing deal, I even went to check their reviews to see if they were legit and it seemed they had good ratings. Without thinking twice i canceled my insurance to join discovery through them and I kid you not, 31 days after taking up my new policy with them i received an email stating that there had been a technical issue which led to my premium being quoted incorrectly. I then called them many times asking them what the new premium would be and no one could tell me, they kept sending me from pillar to post. Only to find out now that they debited my account with almost triple the premium we agreed on. I regret leaving my previous insurer for this scam. If you are happy with your current insurance I suggest you stay with them and not take chances with Ucovered. Lesson learned, I hope my experience helps someone out there.
I took up a an S6 contract with telkom on the 4th of May 2015 and 3weeks later the phone starting overheating and smoking everytime i would conect it to the charger. <br> <br> i then immedietly returned it to the store and i was told that the phone would go for repair, i then stressed that i will not accept a phone that is going for repairs when its only 3weeks old. my concern is that the phone was not even a month old yet it was so problematic.<br> i have since been in and out the store to find out wheather they will replace it instead every one is giving me the run around, even the Manager by the name of Mario avoids me. after a couple of weeks i demanded that the contract be cancelled at no cost but only what i have used as i have not had the phone for over a month now.<br> The consultants keep promising to call or email me of which none have been done even after they made me fill in a cancelation form.<br> <br> Telkom has horrific customer service and i wish to do no bussines with them.<br> <br> This is my last attempt at trying to get help. im giving it a week and thereafter i will be taking legal action, as the absence of the phone is also affecting my bussines.
