Good day, The incident was for 2021-10-10 with the claim number 55739006701. I contacted VFV attorneys on 24 April 2023 to follow up on the case logged, the feedback provided was not satisfactory. I spoke to a lady by the name of Thabang who transferred to Logan. The second consultant I spoke to (Logan) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was shouting at me as she couldn't give me the answers to the claim in question. When I told her I didn't appreciate her tone, she did not apologize nor acknowledge being disrespectful towards me. Instead she told me she will now close my case, when I asked her how can she close the case if it is not resolved? She told me that she will get a manager to contact me. A "manager" contacted me by the name of Grese/Grease. He provided the most appalling service ever. The information he provided was not corresponding to the consultant’s (Logan). He arrogantly told me the reason for his call was to tell me he will be closing my case. When asked why, His response was; they will not continue with litigation with the third party due to a financial status. I asked him how the process works, he informed me that they have been working on my case. I asked for the details, his response was they last attempt to contact the third party was in November 2022, however Logan said the last attempt was 11/12 December 2022. He said the process is; they do another trace after 6 months before they can action the account. When I asked him why are they now closing the case prior to the 6 months lapsing and why they are failing to follow their process? His response was; case is being closed because I called in. VFV company's job was to recoup the funds and ensure I receive the full payment as a client. They have failed to provide the service as promised I hope people see how horrible this company is, and how they treat people.
Unprofessional, did not get the help I wanted. Was transferred to the attorneys by Jabulani the ladies were even worse. Rebecca was speaking in vernacular say “who is that” with food in her mouth. Totally disgusting. Did not give me feedback on my logged case, told me her system is offline while chewing 🤮 She took some of my details kept on saying she is not picking up anything until I got cut out on the line. None bothered to call me back after I gave them my contact number. Appalling service received.
<p>Today the 13 November 2016 I had the worst experience with customer service at food lovers market. The fruits dish-out section to be precise. The ladies by the name of Zanele was very rude. I found her assisting a gentleman who asked her a simple question, she kept quite as if she di not hear him. The guy then asked her if she was still thinking of the price she responded with attitude. While I was standing there she turned her back on me, as if I was not there. She then washed the utensils she was busy with and just ignored me. I was shouting at the top of my voice just so she can turn her head around to acknowledge that she can see me and will attend to me. NO she pretended that i was not even there. One of her colleagues called her once and she turned around asking me "WHAT do you want" I asked her why is she speaking to me in that manner, she answered me with attitude telling me that she needs to wash the jug she was using first before she can attend to me. I told her that's not a nice manner to talk to people, she spoke over me back and forth kept on saying "ok ok ok" . When she gave me my fruit salad she never even apologised to me, nevermind greeting me when she first spoke to me. The service she rendered to me was appalling.
