Unhappy and frustrated with service received

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I have received as a trustee. I have found the level of professionalism displayed to be lacking, particularly in terms of communication. Iss

Despite my attempts to reach the directors, I have been consistently ignored and blue ticked on whatsapp, which has led to a very frustrating experience. I have made several requests which have not been addressed or take months to be resolved, with me as a trustee, being mentioned as the reason for delay.

Given the importance of effective and responsive management in this role, I cannot recommend their service as managing agents.
