I cancelled my subscription and they refused to refund me Whereas apps like Netflix or LinkedIn prepare a full refund upon request if services are not used. I do not wish to use their services this month. Very irritating experience

I ordered lean beef mince and it was delivered stale. Very disappointing considering Woolworths is meant to have high quality goods. Resolving this is an absolute nightmare. Checkers and pnp are better equipped
Not very pleased with the service plan through liquidcapital. It hasn't been an easy journey or what I am used to in terms of looking at mileage as opposed to dates. I was always given grace with my previous service plan provider but it has been difficult trying to receive payment on my 45000km service plan when I am still only on 41000kms. I was told to take my vehicle in in May already but I hardly drive my car - really can't understand why I have a service plan when I am going to end up paying cash
I ordered the prawns with rice via Uber Eats, and the meal is meant to come with a sauce that truly makes the dish—especially at a price of R297.70 each. Unfortunately, both meals arrived with no sauce at all, leaving the prawns and rice completely bland. For a meal for two costing R600, this was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend ordering from Cappello the Glen through Uber Eats. It felt like a complete waste of money and I will not do it again.
I used a R65 voucher for an indoor cleaning yesterday. The cleaner arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and checked in. Since I was still busy, she only began working about 30 minutes after entering. Unfortunately, she also forgot to clock out once the job was completed, which has resulted in me being charged an additional R77. In addition, she gathered my curtain and pushed it into the window, which left it badly creased. I then had to ask her to iron it, but I should not have had to fix something that was not my fault in the first place- or pay additional for it!!!! This experience is very disappointing. The extra charge effectively cancelled out my voucher, leaving me paying the full service price, and the careless handling of my curtain added to the frustration. I even dropped off this lady by a taxi to assist her but given these issues, I will not be using this service again.
I ordered a food item from Uber Eats. The item I received was completely different from what was described on the app. When I reported the issue, Uber Eats refused to refund me, even though I did not receive what I paid for. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. Customers should not have to pay for incorrect orders or bear the consequences of mistakes that are clearly not their fault. I am extremely disappointed with Uber Eats’ response and lack of willingness to resolve the matter.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I have received as a trustee. I have found the level of professionalism displayed to be lacking, particularly in terms of communication. Iss Despite my attempts to reach the directors, I have been consistently ignored and blue ticked on whatsapp, which has led to a very frustrating experience. I have made several requests which have not been addressed or take months to be resolved, with me as a trustee, being mentioned as the reason for delay. Given the importance of effective and responsive management in this role, I cannot recommend their service as managing agents.
I recently ordered the "Korean Fried chicken burger" from Streatery at Lifestyle, and unfortunately, the meal was extremely salty to the point of being inedible. I was genuinely looking forward to the meal, but I was unable to eat it due to the overwhelming saltiness. Having spent R200 on this order, it’s quite disappointing not only to receive food that couldn’t be consumed, but also to learn that I do not qualify for a refund. I believe quality control in food preparation is essential, and in this case, it seems to have been overlooked. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps will be taken to ensure better consistency and customer satisfaction in the future.
