TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE. I booked a Baptism luncheon for 34 people two addtional people came so 36 in total. Deborah suggested we do the platter for two (ordered 17 platters) and share food amongst the guests I thought it was a nice idea, We arrived the venue was nicely set up, we had table bread and really good salads & THEN the HUGE disapointment the platters came out NOT ENOUGH TO SHARE BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! i was totally embarresed as I had all these people to feed but not enough food; went inside to discuss with Deborah (the owner) she just looked at us not apologising and said she will call her husband! Well what a rude man telling me that what is on the table is exactly what I had sampled two weeks prior which it was definately not!!!!!! I said to him i have 40 people outside not enough food he then said its not 40 its 34 that was beside the point. I obviously got upset and started raising my voice to which he said dont shout!!!!!!!!!!!! I said if I am paying I will shout. He then said did we perhaps buy the groupon vouchers WHAT No I said but if I did do you get less food because you have a groupon voucher just shows you total DISHONESTY!!!!!! We had no knives and forks on the table no plates when i went out again half the platters didnt even have mushrooms or chirico sausage on and two s****s of rice SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! i went back inside and he called me into the kitchen this time the platters had a bit more food but definately not what it should have been. We ate settled our bill only for the waiter to come and say sorry I forgot to add the wine to your account. Its a warning to others to please stay away and spare yourself the disappointment. I attach two pics of what they advertise and what we got!!!

My husband turned 60 and we decided to have a quiet dinner together and popped in at Via Graca. We were greeted with such warmth that we immediately felt as if we had organised a party.

We had starters, a main and dessert and each of us tried a different dish. Every single dish arrive quickly and very well presented. We are still dreaming of the food we had and we plan to take every client, friend and family there in the future.

When it came time to leave, the owners - Aswill and Deborah sent us off with a huge discount on the meal and as we were close to the end of the month with limited resources, this was a wonderful end to my husband's birthday.

They dealt with everyone in the restuarant with such integrity and friendliness that I do not think I could go to any other restuarant again. The large variety on their menu allowed us to have exactly what we felt like and because everything was so perfect, we plan to return to try everything else. We should get through the menu in about two years!!

Well done Aswill and Deborah and thank you for a wonderful experience.

Me and my boyfriend used to frequent this place until they changed ownership. Went there twice after that and it was really good. But then they started the Groupon campaign, and couldn't handle the volumes that would come through. We decided to invite 4 friends to join us as we really enjoyed the place. We explicitly told them we want to sit at the fireplace, which was then reserved. I called back the afternoon before we went and asked them if it would be possible to add 2 more. The woman that works there, not very friendly at all, said it is fine. We walked in that evening just to find a table away from the fire place. Needless to say, we were not impressed, as this was the whole point of going there. If she had told us that we would have to move if adding more people when I called her, then I would have rather booked somewhere else. Anyway, even with the fireplace there, they didn't even put wood on during the time we were there, and needless to say, the fire burnt out soon and it became very cold. The presentation of the food is also not up to scratch, and we lost our love for this place right from the time we set our foot in the restaurant, and by the time we left, we vowed never to go there again. It is all good and well to get as many customers into your place, but if you can't deliver, what's the use.....????
