Owners can be idiots but Vic puts effort in to help

Rough story involving a totally corrupt seller who broke signed for sales agreement on their place But Vic and his Wife has been doing everything to assist us in getting another place we like. Unfortunately a Real Estate agent cannot themselves force sellers to do something. Not like he can go there with baseball bat and beat the people into doing what they said they would. :) However Vic and his wife put massive effort in to assist us to get an alternate place in the area we were looking for Great service and the type of people I believe is worth using.
