Discovery Unsure not insure
Ok Discovery insure My Wife was driving home and guy opened his car door into the street in front of where she was driving if she swerved she would have been in head on collision with another car This was recorded on Dash cam and supp**** to Discovery Damage front left panel Headlight and bonnet and front bumper And then both left doors with dents and scratches and mirror had scratch Internally fuse box needed replacement But here comes the thing it is less than 5 year old car with less than 39000k's and although the amount quoted by their panel better is less than write off amount by over R10k they wanted to force write off and pay out so that I get more than R15k less out than what I placed as deposit on the car 6 months ago So we fight it and they then say we can take the payout and fix it ourself So since their panel beaters quote was within the required payout I take it and they do not state major info just that the car must be inspected and they will not give rental car while it is being repaired that is my problem So I have the panel beater they took it to proceed and wait the 4 weeks without a car because they took the rental back The panel beater they took it to does great job all perfect no issue job well done But now Discovery proves they have not discovered what they want They send me for Dekra report at my cost and even state it will cost R795 which is costs for roadworthy which peeves me off since it was their listed panel beater who did the job But Ok I go to Dekra and do the roadworthy which car passes 100% no issue Send it to them and then "Oh no this is not the test we want we want the other Dekra report" chat to guys at Dekra and they say depending on report it can cost R2500 So I ask Discovery which report because I did the one they listed And guess what they do not even know which report But its Ok because they want me to pay for all the reports they want even though they do not specify further but then reject the reports sent And now after whole day it comes out the report they want from Dekra will cost me R3000 after I paid for the initial report R795 and after the R5500 excess and another days leave to be able to take the car that is currently not insured through again If I get hijacked my problem if it gets stollen my problem because Discovery is unsure And this was only advised after everything Discovery you are horrible insurer who clearly do not mind doing your customers in even though they were not the cause of the accident and had no way to avoid it The one thing is clear from this I must ask my insurance consultant to move me away from Discovery unsure Maybe they should call their service Discovery Unsurance"

Netflix cancelation ignored
Netflix seem to believe account cancellations are now fluid If they decide that they feel like you did not cancel then they can just continue on deducting the money from your account even though you canceled the service Because it does not match their views I guess Netflix nice way to make sure someone who cancels will never come back

Walkhaven and clean dogs
Great place tontake your dogs for nice walk And then once walked and played and dirty they can get cleaned by the "Dog wash and go" The guy who runs this is friendly a decent and always offers great service Definitely one of the best parts of taking your dogs there and then being able to take them home nice and clean

Across various areas in Gauteng their radio signal is horrible often going dead Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... I thought it was my car but I drove a brand new car and it does the same and other stations is fine Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... So I started using the app to listen cause I love the station Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... It starts with the Hirsch's add and if you lose data signal for a second the app starts the add all over again Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... Kind of like this post where you hear it time and time again and same happens if you pause forna few seconds because you are busy with something Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... It has gotten to the point where I am starting to have nightmares about Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... Jacaranda properly fix your transmision or get aproval to move to another channel that does not have all the interference Hip hip hooray its Hircsh's home store Pretoria... Meat world double charge
Was at Meat World Jackal Creek Corner When paying their counter card transaction machine hanged after taking my card pin So lady went no she needs to redo the transaction So she re do it on the machine and it hangs again But I get the messages the transaction went through But she then insist it did not go through and she must do it on another card machine She promises it will be resolved so we do another transaction on their other card machine Now just over week later I can see 2 transactions had gone through So I go to meat world and they then say sorry not their problem I must go to my bank and get them to reverse the transaction It was your Banking system that hanged and now it is my problem to resolve So I guess no more meat world for me

Turn around from mediocre service to great service
Ok got to give it to them Their management appears to listen They changed their opening times when they realised their adds were giving out earlier times And we went for breakfast and got absolutely great service Well done on the turn around Will definitely visit them again

Waste of time Restaurant
New Coppers Bel Air advertise craft beer as main item So few weeks ago we arrange with some friends to go and try this new place with supposed great beer Took uber and then get there and when wanting to order beer they advise "We only have two options out of those beers on our menu" And my Wife gets a Pizza and says it is the most bland tasteless Pizza ever So forward couple of weeks later and we think lets go try them for a late breakfast Reason late is because they advertise that they only serve breakfast from nice late 09:00 when they open So we get there at 09:00 and all the staff is sitting outside Management do not believe it worth while to get their restaurant open and ready on time on a Saturday morning Guess too much effort If you proceed like this I believe your place will be closed in 6 months since no one will use you
