Victoria Hospital Outstanding Service

We had to take my grandson (8 years old) to be seen at the New Paediatrics Section of the Hospital. This is a daunting task to say the least but what a pleasant surprise we all had.

The Process of registering to see the doctor was handed very effectively and reasonably quickly as on Mondays there are hundreds of patients.

The Management and Staff were extremely informative and helpful during the registration process.

Moving onto the Paediatric section was more of the same. Very helpful and informative. From the Sister to the Doctor the whole experience was very pleasant and quick.

Today we had to return for an Ultrasound appointment which again went like clockwork.

Very very Well done to the hopefully new patient care approach. It definitely makes a massive difference to your patients and from our part we are eternally grateful.
