victron energy a total waste of time and money they cannot help resolve issue instead they refer you back to the technician that did the install even after you telling them the technician cannot assist hence the reason i am contacting VICTRON , the reply sorry we cannot help you

soc is set at 5% and batteries will not discharge below 25%
