Customer Service is Pathetic
I moved from Sandton to Bloemfontein last week, the move and prior arrangements were good. However the after service is pathetic, this company does not understand what a receipt of payment is or a statement showing you paid them in full. The admin ladies show no regard for the clients, they refuse to correct dates on the statements they emailed as the dates were not corresponding on all pages. They issued me with one statement with 3 different dates on one statement from June 2022 till today. Now I am unable to claim this money back from my company as the statement dates are incorrect. I now lose R18100.00 and thee people just dont care. Absolutely disgusted with the back and forth and the way I was treated. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is non existent. These admin people need to be replaced or retrained on how to fill in documents accurately with dates. Terribly disappointed with their bad attitude and poor work ethic.

15 Jul 2022, 15:47Miss. Seema Maharaj - we normally never give receipts to clients, we give an invoice, which we did give you and also later did send you an receipt document for your payment.
There is no way a statement and an invoice or receipt can have the same date on. Statements are always given with a end of month date. That is how all bookkeeping systems work! We tried our best to help you, even with you being very rude and insulting. We would also not be in the business of moving for 28 years if we did not give a good service and good care to our clients. I am one of the owners of Viking Removals, i and apparently one of the admin personal according to you; that needs to be replaced. Melanie Human

15 Jul 2022, 16:38I never requested that the invoice and the proof of payment/receipt/statement have the same date i have all this on evidence in the emails. Pls go back and read the emails. I even requested that someone call me so that i could explain further. The receipt/statement you gave me had 3 different dates on ONE SINGLE document which was what I was querying. Pls go and look at the last document you sent and look at all the dates on both pages. It's a pity I can't post it here. I only got rude because you people kept giving the wrong documents and then you give me one document with 3 different dates. Would you pay anyone who provided you with a statement with 3 different dates??? Your poor work ethic is what forced me to react rudely as I am not rude by nature. Go back read all the emails before the incorrect documents you sent me i was never rude to Nicolene. Well thanks to your company providing me with one statement with 3 different dates on it now my company won't pay me and you have no idea how hard it is for someone to recover R18100. It might be a small amount for your company but for someone who took a bank loan to pay for this move upfront, its a big loss. If didn't have a need for my money to be returned I would have never pursued this nor requested any documents from you. I was simply requesting proof of payment to show the amount I was charged with a nil balance indicating I had paid in full and you guys just wouldn't do the right thing.wrll. And it's not fair to a person to run such a loss because I could not receive an authentic document indicating the payment was made In full.
