Excellent service
We used Viking Transport to move from Jhb to PE. Wow! Excellent service! They took their time to pack and load our items and nothing was damaged. The guys were friendly and willing to assist wherever they can. Thanks guys!!

Excellent service

Poor customer service
Used them to move from Reitz to Klerksdorp but my tv got damaged. They take no responsability for the damage and I tried for more than a week to get hold of the owner. Only promisses that he will phone back, but nothing. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service

Customer Service is Pathetic
I moved from Sandton to Bloemfontein last week, the move and prior arrangements were good. However the after service is pathetic, this company does not understand what a receipt of payment is or a statement showing you paid them in full. The admin ladies show no regard for the clients, they refuse to correct dates on the statements they emailed as the dates were not corresponding on all pages. They issued me with one statement with 3 different dates on one statement from June 2022 till today. Now I am unable to claim this money back from my company as the statement dates are incorrect. I now lose R18100.00 and thee people just dont care. Absolutely disgusted with the back and forth and the way I was treated. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is non existent. These admin people need to be replaced or retrained on how to fill in documents accurately with dates. Terribly disappointed with their bad attitude and poor work ethic.

Bad experience with Viking Removals
When I originally contacted the company, the staff was very friendly. I promptly paid the full amount they required. I have documented proof sent to the company that my furniture must be loaded AND delivered on the 5th October 2020. Great was my surprise when we arrived at Bloemfontein the evening and was informed by the driver that they are going to unload the next morning( according to instructions they received) I do not blame the driver and his crew, but the management of Viking. I am willing to post proof that they indeed received the document where I specifically mentioned unloading to be done on the 5th October. Furthermore, two of my freezers had two nasty dents. These damages have been communicated to the owner at more than one occation. I am just getting ignored. I am sure that for a mere R7500 more I would have received better service from Stuttafords. Well I learnt my lesson. Just remember mr Viking- there is nothing as powerfull as word of mouth

It is my pleasure to give a huge thumbs up to the owners and staff at Viking Furniture Removals. They are friendly, professional and go the extra mile for their customers. Viking not only delivered our furniture safely and on time, but also arranged delivery of a vehicle, looked after our plants while it was in storage by them, and delivered boxes to our home to pack with. They also assisted with packing our last items and taking down curtains etc. You'd be hard-pressed to find better service and pricing if you're looking for furniture removal. I will never forget the fact that we were treated like so much more than just a number. Viking, you are tops...

Viking not only delivered our furniture safely and on time, but also arranged delivery of a vehicle, looked after our plants while it was in storage by them, and delivered boxes to our home to pack with. Viking furniture movers trip to Eastern Cape
From the driver arriving 3 hours late the day, very proud of his 2 bottles brandy consumed the previous night to the second persons load that could miraculously still be fitted into an already to the brim filled truck, to the broken grandfathers clock and the missing boxes funny enough with the high value items, or should I only mention the trips to collect property paid for but not done, for the trip to the Eastern Cape, I cannot see that the previous reviews was done by anybody but close family of employees as my experience with them was horrible, and after the payment for some of the losses was received from their insurance they refused to convey the paid for loads from other destinations and couldn't be moved by any other way than legal action. Then, to have to go that far, do anybody still want them to provide you with their service. I can only warn people - but think twice about the "saving" with Viking from Bloemfontein the saving is very expensive!
