paid 50% deposit in September 2025 for a holiday booked in April 2026. In November 2025 I unfortunately had to cancel the booking. It is now the 14th of December 2025 and have still not received my deposit back. Deeply disappointed in the way things are turning out. I had daily communication before I canceled and now just ignored I would caution anyone against paying to stay here. I am being forced to get legal assistance to get my money with interest back.

My wife canceled the Vacation booking that was supposed to be on Thursday, but, Nov 09, the 2023 to Nov 13, and 2023 at Ocean Villa Resort and was promised refund we have send 3 emails on 23 November 2023 as per are phone call with one of there representative

So we have the misfortune of having someone coming to count the people inside the holiday apartment... Unit 12 (28-02-2020 to 01-03-2020) Like really! We are in agreement that there should be 4 people sleeping there, no stories about that. The (white) lady says she has it on good authority that there were 6 people who slept there.... in front of the people who had come to see us during the day. Can you imagine the embarrassment? Or could it be the case of us not being able to count? Let's say there's an outside chance she was right... why not confront us when the 6 instead of 4 people are still sleeping? I haven't even started about the promised wi-fi that doesn't work... I'll just return their vouchers and they can offer them to someone with more patience. Parking for a second car another nightmare but when I have time, we will discuss that in another platform. Am still here and checking out tomorrow at 9 am. I don't know how many times I have been reminded of the check out time... I mean, it was there in the contract, I can read... why send someone to repeat it over again explaining that new guests are occupying the apartment after I check out? Really!

<p>Friday I spoke to a lady dorita enquiring i needed a 6 sleeper self catering unit first she said they have a 8 sleeper for 590 plus additional fees of breakage and admin fees which was fair enough we paid deposit as agreed Friday night that Saturday morning this other lady leah starts phoning disturbed my sleep so early and she was not friendly at all totally rude starts calling several times first she claims that although its a 8 sleeper we can only take 6 people not 7 secondly she claims we were qouted wrong not even in a polite way than i claimed we paid what we qouted on and we were not prepared to pay more she claimed that it was 790 a night not 590 than she called again saying we need to pay balance before 12 cause we only paid deposit we had to rush pack an go there cause it was quite a distance on our way there she called an changed her story yet again she now claimed that 590 was only qouted for 4 people how can a resort qoute us we pay an than they call with so many excuses they could not even keep to one story totally ruined our weekend and still hasnt refunded us our deposit i as a customer feel very violented this woman was fighting with me for a error on her side clearly doesnt not know customer service</p>
