Checkers Village Mall Hartbee****rt must definitely do something about their management. I bought tickets on Saturday worth R4002.00 and their system wouldn’t print and they reversed the money back into my account which will reflect in 7 days. Then I went back today to the very same counter at the money market and the same thing happened and I refused to wait another 7 days for R4300 this time. The many managers went as far as saying they are going with me to my bank to check if indeed was not reversed. To this point I’m still here watching these people running around with no solution telling everyone who cares to listen about the challenges of the new system and blaming CompuTickef for the mess. Nobody has the customer’s needs being met in mind, everyone is worried about the Checkers system. Where is leadership here? Checkers must ensure that they sign all their leaders up with the Black Management Forum. The forum offers leadership development opportunities for its members. This is appalling and unacceptable.
