I needed sneakers in a size 9 and store had no stock..so cashier did online ordering. I collected my sneakers. My statement came and I could understand why installment was so high. The cashiers double ordered but failed to notify that two pairs were delived. The kept the other pair in the back. I asked them to rectify this bit till date I'm paying for two pairs of sneakers. No adjustment was made to my statement or installment. I see this as ***** committed on my account

A massive thank you to the management team for putting in a massive effort making sure the disabled parking is used by the disabled. Well done management team. Heleen and Martin :)

Checkers Village Mall Hartbee****rt must definitely do something about their management. I bought tickets on Saturday worth R4002.00 and their system wouldn’t print and they reversed the money back into my account which will reflect in 7 days. Then I went back today to the very same counter at the money market and the same thing happened and I refused to wait another 7 days for R4300 this time. The many managers went as far as saying they are going with me to my bank to check if indeed was not reversed. To this point I’m still here watching these people running around with no solution telling everyone who cares to listen about the challenges of the new system and blaming CompuTickef for the mess. Nobody has the customer’s needs being met in mind, everyone is worried about the Checkers system. Where is leadership here? Checkers must ensure that they sign all their leaders up with the Black Management Forum. The forum offers leadership development opportunities for its members. This is appalling and unacceptable.

The disabled parking bays are continuously full of non-disabled. Funny how mall management turn a blind eye on the disabled market. Thanks Moolman group as your other malls I have been to are just as bad. Must be a Moolman attitude. Stuff the disabled
