I recently opened an account online, I went to the branch to get assistance with my logging into the app. Upon arrival I was assisted by Biseng Pegga . She didn’t take time to understand my query . Firstly she criticised the fact that I opened the account online instead of the branch, then she went on to blame my email adress , later my phone , though I kept explaining why I was there. Then I had to change email addresses, uninstall and install the app.. I spend close to 2 hours eventually we called costumer for online banking we were informed the system is off and has been ofline since morning. I believe she training can help her to be efficient and professional because while she was helping me she called her friend just to chat because someone she seemed bored with helping . online system was down that information is known why she still went on and blamed evrythinh and except known fact .
Payflex debited twice, when I was placing an order I got an error from my bank , then I added second card which went through, later on I realized both accounts were debited . I’ve been making enquiries about it and also sent proof of payments from both banking accounts but no feedback from them only a ref numbers .
I bought a car in Jan . I flew to collect , there were few issues upon collection 1.the spare key wasn’t working I did not agree to take it in that condition had to wait for them to buy battery. 2 . The car did have full tank - another delay to get it full 3. When I drive out car shows error in wheel pressure- I balanced the wheels but after a few minutes the error appeared again 4. when I requested 10 point check results they didn’t want to issue me with those 5. later on I discovered that the car actually was repainted at the back the paint is different 6. I was later sent documents for licensing registration to this day 4 month later the money for plane tickets and licensing is not reimbursed 7. Service plan was added for me but they fail to give me lists of places i cab book my car at . Been communicating with them but everyday is a nee excuse
Bought a domain on goggle workspace for my business ,did 2 weeks free trial without issues . Well the free trial is not really free because money was debited immediately!subscription amount was then debited agin after 2 weeks and actived , all of certain I can’t receive emails or sent ,tried everything I could think of no luck everything looks good account is active but I can’t receive or sent emails .. I can’t get help from on the website no number to call for assistance. As we speak speak I can’t receive anything on my business emails .
I bought the laptop on line , firstly it took forever to be delivered, eventually I received it .upon arrival I realised the screen was very small compared to what I expected, then when I realized that’s it won’t work with the applications I want run I opted to exchanging it . Now I’m struggling to do an exchange or a return . I’ve been trying to call no answer, request a call back nothing , chat to a consultant only to be given so many links which get me nowhere , then finally got an email adress I can use but still is been a week now without any response .
Bad attitude from the teller manager unwilling to listen to my query ,
Received bad service and attitude from teller manager, unwilling to assist and to address my issues with in a good manner ,
Doentae Asssited me with additing my laptop to my contents . He was effective and friendly
