I needed sneakers in a size 9 and store had no stock..so cashier did online ordering. I collected my sneakers. My statement came and I could understand why installment was so high. The cashiers double ordered but failed to notify that two pairs were delived. The kept the other pair in the back. I asked them to rectify this bit till date I'm paying for two pairs of sneakers. No adjustment was made to my statement or installment. I see this as ***** committed on my account
My complaint is against Fonejam. I have called them on my expense and can't keep doing so to unlock my phone. The sim was in the wrong slot. I've emailed aswell and still nothing. I've tried putting the sim as the said in the correct slot but still no unlocking. I have to still pay for the days my phone is locked? Not happening.
