Poor poor service

Very disappointed. Made an appointment for 3:30 called 3:35 to say we running late, they said no stress they running an hour late, we called 3:45 for directions just to be told by the owner therapist left. We are so surprised and said but we just spoke to therapist who told us that they running late so we must not stress, so how is it possible that they have left???<br> <br> He told us in no uncertain terms he doesn't care about what happened and refused to listen to our complaint!<br> Great service hey!! Not !!!!
