Water in Lights

A couple of months ago I took my vehicle to Violet Automotive for the lights repair and a service. I can't complain regarding the service but the lights have been a problem ever since.

While having the vehicle for a week upon collection I noticed the one light had water in it, I had to leave my vehicle there for another couple of days. I collected the vehicle and noticed that the other light was getting water into it.

I took the vehicle back again for couple of days and collected it, then I noticed the light was not installed correctly. I spend nearly 3 hours there waiting for them to sort out the problem and they couldn't fix it.

They then wanted to send it to a panel beater to realign the light correctly, to wat I said no due to the vehicle was going in for bumper repairs and they can realign the light for me.

Now once again with the rain we having that same light has go water in it agian this being I paid about R2000 for labor to take the light apart and put it back together.

Think twice before repairing your lights there, endless problems. But this complaint doesn't include there service department at all.

Its unacceptable to pay that much for labor and the light aren't sealed or fitted correctly. What are you paying for then?
