<p>The crown fell off the watch, after wearing it fewer than 10 times, and the VIP Club refused to repair it. I approached the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud and it was arranged that the watch be returned for an inspection by VIP Club.</p> <p> </p> <p>The watch was duly returned to the address provided by VIP Club and I have never seen the watch or a refund. VIP Club now have my money and my defective watch.</p>
