Great experience
Had a great experience with his moving company. Movers were on time, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was broken or damaged and everything was well wrapped and protected. 100% recommended and will use them again.

Great experience
Had a great experience with his moving company. Movers were on time, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was broken or damaged and everything was well wrapped and protected. 100% recommended and will use them again.

NOTHING VIP ABOUT VIP MOVERS!!!
I didn't even want to give 1 star!! Worst, worst company I've ever dealt with. Nothing VIP about their service. Michal doesn't know what customer service is. Please don't make the mistake we did. We got multiple quotes for our move from Jhb to CPT. VIP came out the cheapest. We still checked to see if there is anything that wasn't included in the quote. She said everything was included. The night before our move she emailed us to ask if we want our beds and TVs wrapped, to which we responded yes. There was no mention of any costs. After the moving guys (who she subcontracts) collected our furniture and items, she hit us with a R22k wrapping bill. When we queried it and asked for a breakdown of the cost, she got defensive and started screaming and shouting at us. We eventually got a breakdown with amounts she thumbsucked charging R200-R700 an item for wrapping. Some items weren't even wrapped, some just with a few pieces of tape. She threatened to put our stuff in storage if we didn't pay. So we had no choice. To date she has not responded to our emails with pictures on how our items were wrapped for R22k. The R22k pushed the quote to way over other quotes received from reputable companies like Eezi moves etc. we could have just used a reputable professional company and avoided all of this. Other than the overcharge, we've had quite a few items broken and she refused to respond to that as well.
