I want my refund

On 14 November 2025 i registered on virtuagigs and paid R199 for a plan. They promised that my account will be activated within 24 hours but after 24 hours it was not activated. On 17 November i received an email which said they are experiencing some delays with activating my account and they dont know how long it will take for them to resolve the issue. Instead they suggested that I request a refund, of which I did and received a comfirmation email that I will receive my refund within 7-14 days. Until now i have not received my refund. I sent several emails but they are ignoring me. This is a ****!!!!!!!!
