In October 2025, I registered on Virtuagigs and paid for a plan. They assured me that my account would be activated within 24 hours. However, after the 24-hour period, my account was still not activated. I then received an email stating that they were experiencing delays with account activation and could not provide a timeline for resolution. Instead, they advised me to request a refund, which I did. I received a confirmation email stating that my refund would be processed within 7–14 days. To date, I have not received the refund. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, my messages have been ignored.
