Stole my money and did nothing!

I contacted them the beginning of the year. I had to chase up on my file. I was left hanging. After paying them I was IGNORED! I had to waste money on them to do absolutely nothing! I then contacted another Visa company that happily helped me and I will ensure everyone knows that Visa Box just wants your money and will not actually do anything with it. I wish I never actually paid them anything as I will never receive my money back. A complete waste of time and money on a small company!
