Do not recommend
A horrid experience. After contacting the company with my destinations and dates of travel, they continued to respond under the guise of assisting. After days had passed, I was only then informed that they would be unable to assist me on time. I expressed my frustration that this could have been communicated to me sooner as I’d then look for assistance from another company - I was met with a very disinterested agent who couldn’t seem less bothered regardless of the time constraints I am under. This is a company that clearly just wants to make money - with exorbitant pricing, zero clear explanation - you have no idea what you are meant to do or what you are paying for. After reporting my disappointment, I received an email from the owner Andrea saying that the company records calls and emails and will be happy to use them should any reputational damage to the business be done. I am horrified. I would give this zero stars if I could.

Stole my money and did nothing!
I contacted them the beginning of the year. I had to chase up on my file. I was left hanging. After paying them I was IGNORED! I had to waste money on them to do absolutely nothing! I then contacted another Visa company that happily helped me and I will ensure everyone knows that Visa Box just wants your money and will not actually do anything with it. I wish I never actually paid them anything as I will never receive my money back. A complete waste of time and money on a small company!

Took away the worry
VisaBox provided a wonderful service throughout the entire process of obtaining a visa for my wife. My first point of contact, Emilio, was extremely helpful and was happy to answer my many questions before I had even signed up for their service. Once I was assigned to Lucia for assistance with making the application, she provided me with everything I needed to know and took away all the uncer*****y and pressure of trying to figure out how to apply and what documentation was required to ensure success. Not only did she help secure the visa, but she was extremely friendly and a pleasure to communicate with throughout the whole 3 month process from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and let them help you.

They are unprofessional and did no work in the Visa process, other than tell me things I already knew. The consultant did not even show up for the meeting (TWICE!). I did my own work and they kept my upfront payment! Ridiculous service even though their awesome website will lead you to believe they offer a professional service!!

Dont use VISA Box - They are scammers
I used Visa Box based on them being on top of an SEO search. I COMPLETELY REGRET using them! I only now notice the reviews were done in 2017! Visa Box is completely useless. I applied for a Visa for The Netherlands and the agent from Visa Box wanted me to pay upfront, once I did, she barely contacted me, other than the original email saying thanks for my payment and sending me the Netherlands visa application form. She contacted me once after to review all my docs (THE NIGHT BEFORE MY VISA MEETING!!. Which is ridiculous!!), which by the way she gave me no advice / assistance on completing She also never mentioned I could get a long term Visa. Once I inquired about this she was reluctant to give me further information. I have NO IDEA what I paid for. I called her and she refused to refund me. She also NEVER mentioned that I needed to pay R1500 at The Embassy. Luckily I had the money. She also never met me at the Visa application centre, which, as an agent, she was supposed to do. Please do not waste your time with Visa Box. They are high on the SEO list so people always get suckered into using them, which is unfortunate. I was one of the suckers! :(

Natalie at Visa Box was my Saviour!
<p>Those that have travelled to the EU recently, will know that certain countries have now outsourced their Schengen Visa applications to a company called TLS. Now, working with TLS can be quite confusing and the website and call centres are all pretty clinical. I felt a little overwhelmed when I started my application. I searched Google for an answer and found Visa Box! My saviours! Natalie assisted me through every step and made sure I was ready for my interview. I am now sitting with a VISA (the Thursday after the previous Thursday of my application) and need to say a big thank you for her support! I recommend Visa Box and Natalie to anyone looking to travel to the EU!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I must add that my interview ran very smoothly at TLS and the setup is fantastic – so I was in good hands all the way through.</p>
