Worst customer service for a terrible product!
Pathetic customer service. Our gates were poorly installed. Firstly it took ages for our gates to arrive and secondly when they finally installed it, the gates could not lock properly. Their product is sub-standard and their service leaves much to be desired.

Unethical company to the core, stay away! You do not need this stress. Trust me.
This is an unethical company that enjoys *****ing its tenants over. I moved into a broken delapidated unit, which they promised to fitch up, they never did! When I moved out of the unit a 5 years, i painted their entire unit and redid the floor in order to get my sizeable deposit back. What transpired was shocking!! The guy Cedric, who does the inspection, is clearly incentivised to hussle the tenant of of their deposit. He kept finding fault, then we fixed everything up good and new, and started nit-picking, saying we need to paint, the door frame and pointed to STRUCTURAL issues with the actual building expecting us to fix it. In the end, I just contacted my lawyer. Luckily for me, I recorded the last inspection and you can see the guy was clearly incentivised by someone to hold on to the clients deposit no matter what! Unethical company to the core, stay away! You do not need this stress. Trust me.

Worst service, its almost as if no one works there!!
Hi, your company is a massive disappointment!!!! I have called 5 times for a quote and no one has called me back. The last person that picked up your 021 762 2134 was a nasty woman that put down the phone when I said I would like to follow up on my burglar bar quote. Please sort your service out and chat to the staff at your Wynberg branch!!!

They are unprofessional and did no work in the Visa process, other than tell me things I already knew. The consultant did not even show up for the meeting (TWICE!). I did my own work and they kept my upfront payment! Ridiculous service even though their awesome website will lead you to believe they offer a professional service!!

Dont use VISA Box - They are scammers
I used Visa Box based on them being on top of an SEO search. I COMPLETELY REGRET using them! I only now notice the reviews were done in 2017! Visa Box is completely useless. I applied for a Visa for The Netherlands and the agent from Visa Box wanted me to pay upfront, once I did, she barely contacted me, other than the original email saying thanks for my payment and sending me the Netherlands visa application form. She contacted me once after to review all my docs (THE NIGHT BEFORE MY VISA MEETING!!. Which is ridiculous!!), which by the way she gave me no advice / assistance on completing She also never mentioned I could get a long term Visa. Once I inquired about this she was reluctant to give me further information. I have NO IDEA what I paid for. I called her and she refused to refund me. She also NEVER mentioned that I needed to pay R1500 at The Embassy. Luckily I had the money. She also never met me at the Visa application centre, which, as an agent, she was supposed to do. Please do not waste your time with Visa Box. They are high on the SEO list so people always get suckered into using them, which is unfortunate. I was one of the suckers! :(

Beware of the con-artists at Vox!!!
Do not fall for Vox - they are a business with zero moral compass. They are a business that does not care about service or service delivery. The salesman dont care about after-sale service and the call centre is absolutely useless. I had countless problems with Vox and management was just as ineffective and unhelpful as the sales department. I applied for uncapped and my contract was incorrectly loaded as a capped line. The salesman lied and loaded my account purposefully incorrect. He sold me something different over the phone to what he loaded. I took it up with Vox management and they were useless. Eventually I ended up cancelling my contract and even though it was a "month to month" (no extra charges), they charged me a over R2000 to cancel.
