Do not recommend
A horrid experience. After contacting the company with my destinations and dates of travel, they continued to respond under the guise of assisting. After days had passed, I was only then informed that they would be unable to assist me on time. I expressed my frustration that this could have been communicated to me sooner as I’d then look for assistance from another company - I was met with a very disinterested agent who couldn’t seem less bothered regardless of the time constraints I am under. This is a company that clearly just wants to make money - with exorbitant pricing, zero clear explanation - you have no idea what you are meant to do or what you are paying for. After reporting my disappointment, I received an email from the owner Andrea saying that the company records calls and emails and will be happy to use them should any reputational damage to the business be done. I am horrified. I would give this zero stars if I could.
