Dont use VISA Box - They are scammers

I used Visa Box based on them being on top of an SEO search. I COMPLETELY REGRET using them! I only now notice the reviews were done in 2017! Visa Box is completely useless. I applied for a Visa for The Netherlands and the agent from Visa Box wanted me to pay upfront, once I did, she barely contacted me, other than the original email saying thanks for my payment and sending me the Netherlands visa application form. She contacted me once after to review all my docs (THE NIGHT BEFORE MY VISA MEETING!!. Which is ridiculous!!), which by the way she gave me no advice / assistance on completing She also never mentioned I could get a long term Visa. Once I inquired about this she was reluctant to give me further information. I have NO IDEA what I paid for. I called her and she refused to refund me. She also NEVER mentioned that I needed to pay R1500 at The Embassy. Luckily I had the money. She also never met me at the Visa application centre, which, as an agent, she was supposed to do. Please do not waste your time with Visa Box. They are high on the SEO list so people always get suckered into using them, which is unfortunate. I was one of the suckers! :(
