Paid, Then Ignored – Poor Service from Visa ConneXion

Very disappointing experience with Elize Uys at Visa ConneXion (Pty) Ltd. She was very eager to receive payment for my visa application, but once payment was made, she failed to deliver the services promised. Despite repeated assurances of a refund, she has since gone silent. Due to the delays caused, I had to engage a second consultancy and pay for a priority visa service out of pocket. I would not recommend this company.
