Worst service ever!

I have Purchased a matress from Visco Pedic in 2017 - this year, I had the matress washed with a professional cleaning company and the foam collapsed, I had to make a plan to even the foam out in order to sleep on the matress, witch resulted me in cutting the matress. When the cleaning company came out to wash the matress, I also realized that the matress torn lose from the bottom part, I have never seen this before as my domestic worker changes my bedding.

After making contact with them on the 12th of April, I am still awaiting on this to be resolved.
