Disgusting Service and Useless Repair Job

Worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. They did a repair on our roof in the first half of 2022, after the rain had stopped. We were told that if the repair still leaked when the rain started, then they would come and fix the problem as part of the initial repair (as the job was still incomplete). Firstly, their guys spent the whole morning ******ing around and sitting in their phones, doing nothing, and there was no supervisor present. When the repair was "complete" (and I use the word complete with great sarcasm), it took them three months to come and remove the tarp off the roof, and fetch their ladder.

Then when the rain finally started again at the end of the year, it was impossible to get them to come and repair the roof. The sept sending someone to "asses" the issue, which was leaking in the exact same place where the repair was done, only to be given excuses about how it wasn't their problem. Then I was told that the assessor had to talk to someone else before he could do anything... I have never dealt with such useless people in my entire life. Two months later and nothing has been repaired... Honestly, Universal Roofing may be overpriced but at least they do the job properly, and stand by they guarantee.

I would not recommend Visible Improvements to anyone. They are a wast of money and time.
