Our recent experience with Vision Properties has been deeply disappointing. During a prolonged water cut for nonpayment by the body corporate to the municipality, there has been a complete lack of urgency in addressing the issue. Residents are left without clear timelines or updates, and communication is virtually nonexistent. This is unacceptable for an organisation tasked with managing essential services.
Basic expectations such as timely updates, transparency, and proactive problem-solving have not been met. The silence and inaction cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience for all residents. We expect better accountability and responsiveness.
