I had my eyes tested on 24 April 2023 and selected frames for my multi focal lenses.
On 4 May 2023 I was told the spectacles were ready for collection On inspection I noticed straight away that the frame was scratched. Staff members agreed that frame was indeed scratched. I was told that a new frame will be ordered and it will take 2 weeks. After about 4 weeks Francis phoned me to say the frames had arrived but when I got there, Francis told me that "they" sent the wrong size frame. I was assured that she will order the right size.
On 4 August 2023, Francis called me to inform me that she was unable to get the same frame and I must come into the store to select another frame of the same size in order for my lenses to fit the frame. This is when James, the owner, assisted me and we could not find a frame which would fit my lenses. He then assured me that this matter will be resolved one of to ways: * WOV will attempt to find the same frame for me or if this option is not available, * I will have to pick another frame and new lenses will be fitted to the new frame at their expense. On 8th of August I sent an email to James and today is the 15th of August and no one has even bothered to reply to my email.
