Bad Service
It's a question of what you ordered versus what you received regarding my Spectacles and I did indicate this was not my request not withstanding that they said they were made wrongly the first time they still did not adhere to my instructions I'm done with world of vision worst service this is the second time now

Reputation of Bad Customer Service
phoned World of Vision Optometrists four times this morning trying to confirm my appointment. The fourth time someone answered. The receptionist really needs to work on her people skills. She simply cuts you off mid sentence and she lacks the basic skill of asking "how are you?" or "how can I help you?" Not a very good first impression I am afraid.

Unprofessional professional
The optometrist Chantel took 2 weeks to process a claim and was rude to my husband when he enquired why they were taking so long ...her response with a chuckle " "Why, you couldn't see with the glasses" The receptionists all of they were more professional than Chantel....me I will never go to that branch again.

Amazing service and people
The service and people are amazing. I did my glasses with Spec savers and to be honest they did not even make the effort to look at it, as I had a problem from the day I received it. I accidentally went to World of vision, and they set my glasses, cleaned them, replaced the *****, all at no cost, but even if there was a cost I would gladly have paid this as they were just amazing with the service and care they reflected. I highly recommend them, they are 10 stars above the rest, well done. I now for the first time can actually use my glasses
