It's a question of what you ordered versus what you received regarding my Spectacles and I did indicate this was not my request not withstanding that they said they were made wrongly the first time they still did not adhere to my instructions I'm done with world of vision worst service this is the second time now

Takealot service is disgusting. Refund that was paid is R100 short after a bad experience with delivery that was supposed to be delivered on 11 September never honoured by Takealot. Now they don't want to pay vacation my R100 after they failed to deliver
My order 81265171 was delivered without a flip case for Note 20 ultra (Black) Takealot asked me to send pictures of the box which I did. There has been no response from their side since Friday. Their silence is deafening. This is disrespectful
They don't deserve any stars these bullies. Never was I robbed by a disgusting and thuggish company like alexander forbes. Waiting for my claim payment since June 2020. Never experienced. this kind of unscrupulous unethical behaviour from an insurance company. My worst nightmare after diligently paying for my premiums. They have no conscience. Still waiting for payments from this daylight exploitation. People Beware
NexGen surpassed all my expectations. Beyond excellence and Professionalism. Received my phone in less than 24hours after my payment was cleared. All the way they took me along with information on the processing of my item until delivery. Being impressed is an understatement. I'm not the one to be pleased so easily but their work ethic and professionalism blew me away. Will definitely use them in the future and also recommend them to friends. Vodacom is charging me more than R500 every month for stuff fraudulently delivered unorderd and collected by RAM their courier. For more than 6 months they are debiting my account. Lodged several FraudDisputes@vodacom.co.za complaints. Never heard from them not even once instead they take my money every month. Vodacom is disgusting

Phone was slow, freezing battery heating up. Took phone back to Woolworths on Sunday 20 November 2016. More than five costly telephone calls incompetent or very lazy staffers who are non willing to process claims. This provider leaves much to be desired honestly. HELEN throws me from pillar to post five hours later claim not attended to not registered still looking for a consultant to register claim and says claim will be registered in 24 hours according to their deadline. Zero sensitivity. Non existent customer service. No follow back service . Worst and pathetic service </p>
Alexander Forbes is the worst service provider first with a dysfunctional call centre for claims registration and further management , customer care and response/ feedback with status of claims with no referencing of claims. have never seen anything like this with very incompetent, unethical and unprofessional staff like TSAKANE WHO INSTEAD of serving clients are self-centred and biased not knowing what to do. 48 hours after lodging a claim. I still have not been helped. sooo helpless why am I paying a premium for building, contents and car insurance when the services are shoddy and I am being exploited and taken advantage of by people like TSAKANE who choose to take clients forgranted/ DONT BELIEVE THEIR VISION AND HOW THEY CLAIM TO BE RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER CLAIMS ITS ALL DECEIPT TO GAIN CUSTOMERS AND EXPLOIT THEM. Reported alarm/ intercom and gate motor assessor unable to come and no other assessor provided having waited for 2 days for assistance none coming forth because of a pathetic service soo disgusted with ALEXANDER FORBES <br>
