The optometrist Chantel took 2 weeks to process a claim and was rude to my husband when he enquired why they were taking so long ...her response with a chuckle " "Why, you couldn't see with the glasses" The receptionists all of they were more professional than Chantel....me I will never go to that branch again.
Let me start by saying , they are LIARS...They tell the photo is R200 and you get 1 photo on the canvas (lies) their package is more than a R1000, and the digitals are R900 ( they done even edit it before sending it ) they keep asking you for more money. THEY KEEP ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, even the R200 pic, it was not on a canvas and they ask R500 if we wanted more photos ... it is disguising how they lie during a pandemic... the world is fall apart and I was trying to support small bussinesses and they just drain us ...PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THEM! I am so ****ed off.
<p> </p> <p>I bought a dress from FashionHub, size in my order is a medium, they sent a large. When emailed to explain what happened, Christina Hourides replied to tell me, they have a “FashionHub works on a size conversation” policy. If you place an order purchasing the brand BlackVelvet, FashionHub took it upon themselves to change order and give the customer a bigger size…I thought I read wrong, and again Christina confirmed the size we order is altered by FashionHub to a bigger size due to the “FashionHub works on a size conversation” policy… without informing us… they are not sympathetic at all, and that just seemed like an excuse so they don’t seem to have done wrong.…PATHETIC</p> <p> </p>
