I had such a horrible experience with Vintage Photography. I had an appointment at 10h00 on 12 October 2025 at Woodlands mall in Pretoria. I arrived at the mall for the photoshoot only to find no one there except the sales lady. This is after confirming twice the Friday before that I will be coming on Sunday 12 October 2025. I had to wait for them because I had already paid for the booking. They arrived around 10h45. After the shoot, I was told the photos would be ready the following weekend. After they sending reminders to me to collect, I arrived to collect and my photos were not there. They say they have somehow been misplaced. I was instead sent digital photos which they claimed were edited...(i had to push them to do what they promised). The manager (a lady called Kim) whom I found out is also the owner promised to deliver the prints directly to me...and I had to chase her for more than a week and she kept moving the goal post and also lying about the location of the photos. I also had to call her several times to follow up. I felt like I was being ****med. The service from the beginning to now was just horrible. I still do not have my prints up to today (31 October 2025). I have requested my money back. I will see if it happens.

I wish that they had an existing web page on Google where we can go n review them. I would have loved to attach some proof of what I'm talking about. They're selling a lie, the photoshoot itself is doesn't give that wow FACTOR! The clothes really smell unhygienic, trust them when they say you should wear your basics underneath. Their edited pictures were just a joke. The 5 edited photos where even worse they had a very dark filter that washed out the original colour of the picture. WOW Lebo. They're just a group of ****mers together with the promoters. Prepare yourself to pay at least R1500. I deposited the shoot with R250. On the day I payed 900 for 23 Digital photos. Their packages varies from: R1400 Platinum R1000 Gift set R900 Digital only R700 5 print outs There's a R50 sitting fee. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND FELT LIKE I WAS MISLEADED BY KIM, EDDIE. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRICK WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE ABOUT TO LEAVE TO GO SET UP ELSEWHERE.

Let me start by saying , they are LIARS...They tell the photo is R200 and you get 1 photo on the canvas (lies) their package is more than a R1000, and the digitals are R900 ( they done even edit it before sending it ) they keep asking you for more money. THEY KEEP ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, even the R200 pic, it was not on a canvas and they ask R500 if we wanted more photos ... it is disguising how they lie during a pandemic... the world is fall apart and I was trying to support small bussinesses and they just drain us ...PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THEM! I am so ****ed off.

On Saturday i took my family on shopping at the mall and one of the Vintage Photography agents approached us to take photos so we decided why not, so upon booking for an appointment i specifically asked that agent by the name Kay that we are only interested on getting digital copies of our photos so we payed an amount of R200 to take pictures then after the photo shoot the photographer starts to explain and show us their packages that which they wasted our time and money to realize later that there is going to be additional charges to get our photos, my main problem with that enterprise is why do they let you go take pictures before explaining prices and why did their agent confirm that im going to get my digital pictures by just paying that R200. I need to get my pictures on digital format can the management of the enterprise do what is right please.
