I went to Al Capone Mall of Africa did a laybuy for a jacket now when I want to exchange it for something else I'm told their policy doesn't allow an exchange. Please assist because their manager keeps saying he's waiting for their head office to give him feed since it's been two weeks now waiting for feedback from their head office.
Yesterday I went to debonairs pizza to buy food surprisingly I was told I cannot redeem my vodacom in store coupon because their store doesn't have access to do redemption, I was assisted by a lady called Maggie whom denied to confirm with her manager.
I'm struggling to perform a Sim swop, apparently my number is still under Locking restriction on the system while I'm no longer a Vodacom agent and I was referred to the branch but unfortunately they are also strugling because all calls that they Log keeps on been closed without a resolution. I bought a sweater and later realized it does not fit me so today I went to the store to exchange holding the item, Eft tender slip and the item barcode I was sent away without them trying to retrieve the slip they say they need... I'm you can you guys please assist with my refund I'll go to a different store
I went to one of their stores to do an insurance claim thinking that I'm still insured up to R6000 for my handset cover, to my surprise it's R2999 and don't won't allow me to pay the difference of a mere R800 to get the device I need for my approved claim
I am not happy with the service I have received with my insurance claim, I logged a claim for my lost device till date I haven't recieved a replacement for a device that I lost last month can I please get my premiums that I have paid since the inception of the policy, because these has become too much for me, no one has ever called me with regards the status of my claim.
Its been more than two weeks waiting for my order, worse service iv ever recieved my quiry was handed over to Thoko who never even cared to update me i always had to ask for feedback and never got any response from her.
On Saturday i took my family on shopping at the mall and one of the Vintage Photography agents approached us to take photos so we decided why not, so upon booking for an appointment i specifically asked that agent by the name Kay that we are only interested on getting digital copies of our photos so we payed an amount of R200 to take pictures then after the photo shoot the photographer starts to explain and show us their packages that which they wasted our time and money to realize later that there is going to be additional charges to get our photos, my main problem with that enterprise is why do they let you go take pictures before explaining prices and why did their agent confirm that im going to get my digital pictures by just paying that R200. I need to get my pictures on digital format can the management of the enterprise do what is right please.
I went to shoprite at setsing shopping center at Qwaqwa to purchase Telkom mobile airtime so the agent was complained about her till roll not being able to provide an accurate proof of payment which is till slip so she decided to go to the back office to which i told her no problem, so she came back with a copy of the receipt on an A4 page asking me to insert the voucher which i tried a couple of times and i couldn't go through because the voucher was invalid. So i ended up leaving because the manager told me that there is nothing that he can do and they have had the very same issue before and that it's beyond him all i need to do is to call telkom mobile customer care, when i arrived at home i called telcom customer and they couldn't assist me because the receipt i received from shoprite did not have serial number... i have never had such bad service at shoprite before and my only problem is how the manager did not even try to find a solution to resolve the matter instead of trying to blame telkom. I desperately need my airtime because i have no means of connecting to the internet.
