I am disappointed with the client sercive at Al Capone Menlyn. Since they didn’t have my Camper shoe size when I visited 12 days ago on 16 Nov, they ordered from Palazzo Pitti in Johannesburg who confirmed that they had it. Al Capone Menlyn told me it should be here by Wed 19 Nov. Having heard nothing from them, I contacted tgem a week ago on 20 Nov. They told me it should be here by Monday morning 24 Nov. It is now Thursday 27 Nov, and I have again not heard from them. I followed up now and they told me they did not have my size in the store and was busy with their Black Friday specials. I note that two other clients complained about similar bad experiences at Al Capone Menlyn. I add herr my disappointment in Al Capone Menlyn’s service

1st encounter : I purchased a pair of sneaker on their online store and was told 2days after the order that the shoe size was actually finished a year ago there were delays to update their online portal/services – I accepted the inconvenience and let it slide although I have suffered charges for the whole odeal which the store did not bother to reimburse and it took them at least 6 working days for the refund which is out their set turn around time. 2nd encounter : I bought a t shirt again on their online portal in the same month of March and the T shirt size was big I drove to their Sandton store and I was told I need to drive to mall of Africa to do the exchange, upon arrival at mall of Africa I was told sizes where finished. This time again I was inconvenienced by their website and I wasted my petrol money for traveling to both their stores named above. The store had no courtesy to make things right after wasting my bank charges and petrol on multiple occasions. 3rd encounter : Been trying to following about my refund instead my messages are read and ignored.

Bought something online it was not delivered for day when I asked they told me they dont have the item they sorry they will refund me after that waited 7 days for my refund when I asked was the refund done they sorry again I must wajt 5 to 10 days for my refund baddest customer service ever🤞🏼🚮

I went to Al Capone Mall of Africa did a laybuy for a jacket now when I want to exchange it for something else I'm told their policy doesn't allow an exchange. Please assist because their manager keeps saying he's waiting for their head office to give him feed since it's been two weeks now waiting for feedback from their head office.

I've placed an order with AL Capone last week Tuesday till today, I am no getting my order and I've paid R150 for delivery fees, the courier guy can't get hold of the sender till today, I've now requested a refund on my order.

I bought a size 13 Palladium shoes for my son in Newtown than went home to KZN with the shoes which didn't fit my son. I phoned Alcapone a day later and spoke to Mohammed, he agreed that they would refund me my money if i was able to bring the shoes back latest by the 31st of December. I was able to courier the shoes to my brother in JHB on the 22nd and he went to Alcapone for a refund on the 23rd as they didn't have a fitting size for my boy. He didn't find Mohammed but another lady who was quite rude and completely refused to take the shoes for a refund saying they had dust on them. We had a screaming match as I tried to explain to her that my boy never even wore the shoes, they never fitted him. She also completely refused to give me her name. My brother was instructed to come see the store manager the next day and he arrived in time but that manager never showed and he was ignored thus brought the shoes back home to me. <br> <br> I feel this is day light robbery for them to refuse to take back shoes that never fitted and were never worn. I feel its my consumer right to be refunded as i spent money to courier the shoes in perfect condition back to Alcapone.
