Went to the Barcelos in Engen garage Protea glen R559 and bought 2 chicken burgers and chips for R80. When we got home and plaited, the burgers were off, stale. Took the food back and we were not even offered an apology, i was just told that it's strange that they sold these burgers the whole day and there was no complaint and given a refund. No empathy or customer care for having ingested a bite of rotten food that could potentially cause us physical harm.
I contacted Rain on the 13th of August to cancel my subscription as i am facing financial difficulties and cannot afford their R595 monthly subscription. They in turn offered me a 50% discount for 2 months, September and October. To my shock and dismay after sending emails confirming the discount they went ahead and deducted the full R595 from my account. I called this morning and they said they will be able to refund me my money but it will take 7 to 10 working days. So how am I supposed to carry for almost 2 weeks?
I have been trying to get wollies financial services to pay me back R200 that was over paid in my account since the 14th of December to date. I have called in, went in store and submitted via email the bank statement i was instructed to send but still no response.
I bought an airtime voucher for Cell C at pep stores , voucher no:8476742097917, and loaded successfully. Got a message that I received 8mb of data and 8free sms after loading which also diassapeared. When attempting to buy a day data bundle I got a message that I have R0 airtime available. Phoned Cell C and spoke to Gift and Tshegofatso who both could not find any record of my having recharged my account today. I have since restarted my phone and checked but still my airtime balance is R0, could Cell C find out where my airtime dissipated to?
Abdul & Thando sold me an overpriced BMW 1series under false pretenses that Thando will renegotiate the car installment with the bank. I have only used the car from December 15th, it's a 2016 model but it costs R420 000. The car had an oil leak on the 07th of October and I sent Abdul an email to complain that for such an over priced product I should not be experiencing such problems, he kept on ignoring my emails and my calls. I than spoke to Naeem who said I should come to him with any issues. He promised to get to the bottom of my issue with Abdul an Thando for their shoddy business dealings and get back to me. I have been following up and he has opted to ignore me as well.
I have been trying to cancel my application which was provisionally approved since the 06th of February. I have written countless emails and sent text messages to a senior debt advisor Sinoyolo Sebhuza but NDA refuses to cancel my application. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Amanda on the 25th of February after failing to get through to the cancellation department and she said she can see on their system that my cancellation is still pending because I had not yet been fully approved and had not yet signed form 17.2 and a senior adviser by the name of Riedwright will be contacting me soon. To date no one has contacted me and my application is still not yet cancelled. What would it take for NDA to cancel my application?
I keep getting text messages from Edgars that my account is in two months arrears of R83.04 after having paid an amount of R4231.00 on the 05/08/20 at 15h34. I than went to their Jabulani branch on the 10th of August 2020 to close the account permanently. I have sent them emails to query outstanding R83.04 and requested that they remove my name and contact permanently on their system in vain. I need assistance to have Edgars lose my contact as I do not owe them a dime.
Please assist me in getting my refund from an unauthorized debit order from Absa idirect. I cancelled my cover with them by sending an email on the 25th of August due to the horrendous service I received when they were due to pay out my cashback bonus. I was alarmed when my account was debited and called to inquire and request for a refund. The consultant said they never received my email, it could have been sent to an incorrect address as I should have received an automated response if I had sent it to a correct address. I forwarded them the automated response which came after writing my intent to cancel the cover but nothing has been done. My account should have not been debited and my bank refuses to reverse this debit. I have sent several emails to Absa RBB My Business Banker and the last response I received from Moipone Maile stated that they cannot reverse a debit order from FNB after having been sent from pillar to post and having asked to fill in a debit order reversal form. Please assist me in getting my money back, thank you.
I have been trying to get my cashback bonus in vain, after having paid all my premiums on time for 36months without claiming. I have been sent from pillar to post and all the emails I have sent have been disregarded. I could feel the sarcasim on one of their consultants by the name of Chantel when I called again to follow up. I feel robbed and their service is an absolute nightmare. If Absa idirect cannot honour this little promise I shudder to think what would have happened should I have needed to claim in case of an accident.
I paid my woolworths account on the 07th of July using my FNB electronic transfer but put my name on their reference and account number on my reference. Payment went through but never reflected on my account, I made countless calls and emailed proof of payment to WFS, I was promised that my account will be rectified within 48hrs but my statement still doesn't reflect the amount paid. How do I get wollies to rectify my account?
