Paid without fulfilling the reading

I made an appointment and made payment to have a reading with Cher. When it came time for my appointment Cher did not answer the phone. After I sent a message to say it is my appointment time I was told she is feeling sick and I will be contacted for an alternative appointment. After two and a half weeks I sent a follow up and another follow up a week later before requesting to be refunded. All my messages have been ignored. It make me so upset that someone would take some else money like this. I wish I had never booked with her
