RONDEBOSH PHARMACY
Longterm relationship with this establishment has gone to waste! Sure.. I owe you R5000...... but count my contribution to your place since 2018.. over R130 000.. remember your roots Logan.I can go to Clicks .and get the same medicine...but NO. This place is getting big.. clearly MONEY has become the center of this place.. BRING BACK RUSTENBURG PHARMACY!.I dare you to post my total spend here. VITACARE.. your priorities have changed!

Assistance above and beyond
Our daughter was put on medication which she has to have every month. With the medical aid the co-payment was over R200 a bottle which I cannot afford as my husband is currently unemployed. I then contacted our Dr to ask them if she can have it put as chronic medication as it is for a chronic condition. Ayesha at Vitacare Pharmacy Kromboom was also going above and beyond by dealing with our Dr and the medical aid to get the medication covered on chronic. She kept asking how our daughter was. This lady deserves an award she really helped us so much and now my daughters medication is covered under chronic. Thank you Ayesha you are truly an Angel.

Rude and dissapointing service
I have visited VitaCare pharmacy in Rondebosch on numerous occasions. Recently I went to fill a prescription and was met with the most rude and displeasing service I have ever received. The woman at the counter, Maureen, did not greet me and I had to wait 5 minutes before she acknowledged I was awaiting assistance (I was the only person at the counter). Throughout our transaction she was rude, racist and patronizing toward me. I am deeply dissapointed at the service I have received and will not be supporting this pharmacy again. I urge VitaCare to train their employees on professional customer service.
